There are 2 different ways to secure your transaction.
The first way is when you bring your Gold into our store in person. We will work with you make you an offer on the spot! If we agree on that offer you can leave our store in a matter of minutes with cash in hand.
The alternative to the first method is to mail your gold in to our store. If you
decide on this method we recommend that you insure your Gold for the value you think
it is worth. When your Gold arrives in our store the package will be photographed
before opening and 2 people will witness the opening on the package. When that is
complete another picture of the contents will be taken and we will perform our estimate
of value and make you an offer for your gold. We can even give you a confirmation

Both methods require an identification with photo that Is issued by a governmental agency. That could be a driver’s license or even a passport and there are no exceptions to this rule. On all purchases over $500 we also provide a card worth as much as $500 in gas!
